Not sure which option is right for you?
That's completely okay. Many people have questions about paying for therapy, and I'm happy to walk you through your options before you schedule. There is no pressure and no commitment — just a conversation.
Have out-of-network benefits?
I provide a monthly superbill you can submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement. Many plans cover a meaningful portion. I can help you check before we start.
Worried about cost?
Let's talk. I believe therapy should be accessible, and I'm always transparent about fees. You'll receive a written Good Faith Estimate before your first session — no surprises, ever.
Cancellation & late arrival
I understand that life happens. I just ask for as much notice as possible so I can offer your time to someone else who may need it.
Same-day cancellation
Cancellations made on the same day as your scheduled session are subject to the full session fee. If something comes up, please let me know as early as you can.
Late arrival
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we will need to reschedule the session. The session fee may apply. I want to make sure you get the full benefit of your time.
The hardest part is reaching out.
You've already done that by being here. Whenever you're ready, I'm here.
